90 minute SUP Yoga Class

This class offers a Yoga Flow exercise on the water. We will build on balance, coordination, endurance and core strength. In 90 minutes we will set-up, go over SUP fundamentals on shore, safely launch onto the water, warm up paddle and anchor to start our flow. No SUP or Yoga experience required although you should feel comfortable in the open water (be able to tread water).
