MEDITATION, how and why!

Meditation is thousands of years old and spans most religions and spiritual practices around the world. It is used to center and balance the body and spirit, bringing inner peace and harmony.

There are as many ways to meditate as there are religions. We will cover some simple and basic meditation practices to make your own. The key to success is consistency! Find the one you like so you are more likely to stick with it, and don't be afraid to mix it up!

Bring a mat and/or pillow, or chair. We will be standing, sitting and laying down (if you can) as we explore different meditations, whatever is most comfortable for you! Cost is $25
