Dear Esteemed Executives,

You are cordially invited to the upcoming Year Groups Old Students Executive Meeting. This meeting is an important opportunity for all year group representatives to come together, share updates, and align on upcoming initiatives for the association.

📍 Venue: Former IPMC School, Ring Ring. (next to the Total Gas Station and QIC, located on the Ring Road.

🎯 Agenda Highlights:

1. Discussion on the upcoming executive elections

2. Nominations of Officers

3. Setting a date for the elections

4. Planning the handing-over ceremony

5. Any other business (AOB)

Each year group is expected to nominate two Executives to represent them at this meeting.
