Autumn Class Schedule Begins This September
🍂 New Beginner Rebounding Classes Added! 🍂

Radical Rebounding is a fun, low-impact workout that strengthens your body, boosts balance and flexibility, improves digestion, and supports detox through the lymphatic system—all while helping you feel energized and vibrant.

Perfect for Beginners
In these 30-minute sessions, you’ll learn:

How to activate muscles for best results
Down bouncing for core strength and stability
Movements that support healthy weight loss and overall wellness
Each class includes a 10-minute warm-up, 18 minutes of bouncing, and finishes with core and toning work for a full-body, feel-good workout.

🍁 Tuesday – 10:00–10:30 a.m.
