Being pregnant brings many special moments, waiting and getting ready for the new chapter in your life, preparing for meeting your baby and transitioning into a new role as a mother. Those moments are magical and exciting. There is a lot to think about and sometimes you may feel like to share your thoughts, maybe even some worries.
What would you say about meeting in a small group around other pregnant women and get the opportunity to share what is inside you? There will also be time to pause with a cup of tea and take time for yourself.
What to expect?
- Women sharing circle (a gentle space for women to share their thoughts and truths without any judgment while giving a special opportunity to listen to the stories of others. It will be a special circle, gathering soon to be mums to participate in a comfortable and cozy environment.
- Balancing breathwork (soothing soft breathing practice, which may help you to slow down, reset and recharge)
- Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation, a beautiful practice working like a soft pillow for you mind and nervous system:)
- A goodie bag 😉
- Tea and snacks

About me
I am Ewa, mother of 4 years old and yoga teacher. I hold a space for Women´s Circle, especially for “soon to be” Mothers and Mothers. I witnessed the benefits of combining yoga, breath work and mindfulness practices during the birth of my daughter and motherhood. I love to connect with other Mothers and share the tips how to stay connected and take care of themselves. I give instructions and suggestions, but in the end the practice is yours.
Cancellation policy and other terms
Cancellations are non-refundable, however if you cannot participate in the session you can give your spot to other person or use the money you paid as “a credit” and take a part in other events (for example yoga class, meditation session) created by Ewa Gniewecka-Hakim, within 2 months.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen events (Force Majeure). In that case the whole amount of money will be refunded.
