Live Music with Allison Bankston

Vocalist and keyboardist Allison Bankston is back in Bangor for 5 weeks of Friday night solo shows at The Stage Door. Allison played music throughout Maine for more than 30 years, before moving aboard a sailboat with her husband, Rocky Horror bassist Gaylen Smith. They now tour full-time traveling by sea to their gigs as the "Sail Bums." This summer, we have Allison solo at The Stage Door Friday nights through July 18. Enjoy her smooth and powerful vocals blended with piano and synth for a sultry night of yacht rock and nostalgic favorites.
