Hard to believe, but the Sunday Pier Swim is celebrating five years this month! Come out for a swim hosted by our fearless leader, Leo, to celebrate this milestone and to kick off 7/27 Day. Visit St. Pete Clearwater and the City of St. Pete are hosting festivities on the Pier throughout the day, here is some additional info:

This is a committed swim!
If you choose to swim around the pier, please be aware that it’s approximately 2,000 yards round trip, taking you about 500 yards away from the shore into deeper water. If you decide to change your mind mid-swim, remember you’ll need to swim back.
We hope to have a kayaker with us, but if that doesn’t happen, please promise to stay together as a group, wear a swim buoy, and a bright cap for safety.
For beginners, feel free to swim in the shallow areas where you can stand comfortably.
Please RSVP and share the event so we know who is swimming. And who can paddle?
Meet at 7:00 AM
Swim at 7:30 AM
Spa Beach: 615 Second Ave NE
