Lesering Book Club: Their Father's God

Join the Sons of Norway's Lesering Book Club to discuss the classic novel Their Father's God, by O.E. Rölvaag. In this follow-up to Giants in the Earth, following the troubled marriage of a Norwegian Lutheran and an Irish Catholic in the 1890s, "the first-generation Americans enter a world of ruthless competition in the midst of scarcity." It has been called Rölvaag's "most soul-searching novel."

The Lesering Book Club meets the second Wednesday of the month from 12 noon-1 pm, in the Viking Room. The Kringen Kafé is open 11 am-1:30 pm, so you can get lunch while you're there. Open to all!
