Yin Yoga & Sound Ceremony

Join Gavin and Emma for an evening of yin yoga and sound healing.
We will open the evening with a short relaxation to help you unwind from your week, draw you into the moment and set our intentions for the practice ahead.
This will be followed by a breath work practice to encourage deeper breathing, breath awareness and connection.
Then we will move through a well-balanced sequence of yin poses that we will hold for longer amounts of time to allow for the release of tension and to encourage the flow of energy and wellness within.

At the end of the first half, we will then have a short 5-minute break.

To conclude the last hour, Emma will take you on a magical journey of sound healing frequencies using various instruments including gongs, sound bowls, the Native American flute, and her voice to allow the mind, body, and breath to harmonise and reset.
