Strut Society is a dance experience created for women who are ready to reconnect with their energy, their rhythm, and that part of themselves that still loves to move.

We’ll start with a warm up to release any tension and get the energy flowing. Then we’ll move through beginner-friendly choreography that’s light, fun, and easy to follow. To finish, you’ll find "YOUR STRUT" and catwalk with confidence and style.
