CPFF Walk for Pulmonary Fibrosis – Ottawa
Join us on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at NCC Park (Overbrook)—1 Donald Street, Ottawa, ON K1K 4E6—for a meaningful day of awareness, community, and support.
Event Highlights:
Registration and check-in begin at 9:00 AM EDT, followed by a welcome ceremony at 10:00 AM, and a gentle yoga warm-up at 10:45 AM. The walk starts at 11:00 AM, taking participants on a scenic 5 km loop through the park. After the walk, stay for lunch and family activities, running until around 12:30 PM.
There is no registration fee, and all ages and abilities are welcome. A $20 donation at registration secures a lunch, which will also be available to same‑day registrants. The event will take place rain or shine—dress accordingly.
What to Expect:
Participants can walk once around the loop or repeat it multiple times. There will be a dedicated Kids Zone and a free martial-arts self-defense demo during the post-walk lunch, making this a family-friendly event.
NCC Park (Overbrook) is fully accessible with a welcoming atmosphere. This event is led by the Ottawa Patient Support Group and designed to unite people affected by pulmonary fibrosis—patients, caregivers, health professionals, and friends—raising awareness, remembrance, and crucial community support.
Register today via the CPFF Ottawa event page.
If you have questions or need assistance, please reach out to the event team.
Let’s walk together on September 13 and make every step count in the fight against pulmonary fibrosis.
