Balancing Props for Smooth Isolations

Master the Art of Prop Balancing with Amorina!
Looking to elevate your belly dance skills with strength, grace, and precision? Join Amorina for a dynamic series focused on prop balancing—a fun and challenging way to refine your posture, isolations, and technique. One misstep and the prop drops… but with practice, you’ll be turning, twisting, and dancing with poise and confidence.

Each class begins with a full-body warm-up to prepare your muscles and focus your mind. We’ll move into stationary balancing drills, then build into flowing combinations that incorporate your prop. By the end of the series, you’ll have a repertoire of combos and drills perfect for continued practice—and a whole new set of skills to show off!

Props will be available to borrow, and you're welcome to bring your own. Great options include baskets, trays, metal cups with rims, canes, or unlit candle holders. (To protect our beautiful wooden floors, please avoid glass, sharp items, or swords.)
