Estimated Time Frame for Salem
Salem, Massachusetts — Oct 17-19
Cost: $300 per person - $50 non refundable/non transferable deposit to reserve your seat.
Remaining balance due Sept 2nd.
We will not send out individual reminders for trips. Please set a reminder to pay by Sept 2nd. Any seats not paid in full will be released and resold on Sept 3rd. Deposits will not be refunded or transferred to another trip.
The price covers round trip charter transportation with a professional driver, and covers the tip for the driver.
Estimated Itinerary: Friday, Oct 17
10:45am- Meet to load the bus in Somerset, KY
11:00am - Bus departs Somerset
12:30pm - Bus departs Lexington
We will do seating charts to make sure that families/groups are seated next to each other. Snack bags and bottles of water will be provided! We will stop every couple of hours to stretch your legs, smoke breaks, etc. Relax and watch movies and sleep on the bus. This is our longest trip offered. Please pack accordingly - extra pillows, extra blankets, etc. You also need to bring a portable charger. There are outlets at every seat, but in the rare occurrence that they do not work, you will need a backup charger.
Saturday, Oct 18th
Before arriving in Salem we will stop to freshen up. Showers are optional and will be available (They are usually $15) We plan to be at the truck stop/rest area for around 1 1/2 hours. We do have multiple buses for this trip. Please be prepared not to access a shower. Showers will be limited. If you do plan to take a shower, we ask that you keep the showers very quick. The showers will have to cleaned in between each use. Please plan accordingly - large mirrors, etc. to do makeup and hair in other spots in the truck stop.
Arrive in Salem - You are free to explore on your own for the day.
Drop off location - 252 Bridge Street - Salem Bus and Train Station
9pm- Arrive back to meet the bus at 252 Bridge Street. We will make a stop to allow everyone to change back into some comfortable bus clothes for the ride home. We will also stop every couple of hours for breaks as well.

Arrive back in Kentucky!

What is the cancellation/refund policy?
A refund will only be provided if we are able to resell your seats. Your refund will be minus your $50 non refundable deposit. If you selected paying as goods or service and we were charged a fee on Venmo or any other platform we will issue your refund minus your deposit and the fee that we were charged.
