This intention-set sound bath is a journey back to that inner child… not to relive the pain, but to offer healing, safety, and unconditional love.



Through the healing frequencies of sound, we’ll gently soften into the past to reconnect with the innocence, sensitivity, and joy that may have been buried. This session is for anyone holding onto emotional weight from childhood, or simply longing to feel more nurtured, whole, and at peace within themselves.



You’ll be guided to:

No experience necessary—just bring an open heart, a willingness to feel, and anything that brings you comfort (blanket, journal, photo, small item from childhood).
