Join me and fellow community members in a Mat Pilates Class once a month. All levels of fitness and Pilates knowledge welcome. *Classes will be appropriate for those new to Pilates.* Each class will be different, focusing on a new area of the body or quality of movement. Come to all or dip your toes in and join us occasionally.

• Increase core strength
• Improve body balance and spacial awareness
• Gain more muscle tone
• Improve both strength and flexibility
Wear comfortable clothing. Exercise mats and equipment provided. All you need to bring is yourself, some water and maybe a cushion for neck or knee comfort.
Location: Main Hall at the Yankalilla Library.
