Join us at Gateway Community Health Center for our annual Back to School Health Fair in celebration of National Health Center Week!

⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

💸 Cost: FREE & Open to the Public!
🎒 FREE backpacks with school supplies will be given to students ages 4 years and up while supplies last. Student must be present.

Q: Who can attend the event?
A: The event is free and open to the public, especially families with school-aged children.
Q: Are the backpacks really free?
A: Yes! Backpacks filled with school supplies are provided free of charge to children ages 4 and up, while supplies last. Children must be present to receive a backpack.
Q: What documents should I bring for vaccines?
A: Please bring your child’s vaccine card to help us provide the correct immunizations.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: No appointments needed—walk-ins are welcome!
Q: Can I bring more than one child?
A: Absolutely! Bring the whole family. We’ll do our best to serve as many children as possible while supplies and time allow.
Q: Will there be health services for adults too?
A: Yes! Blood pressure checks, health education, and community resources will also be available for adults.
