What does it mean to forge peace and disarm hearts in our world today?
We're thrilled to welcome RAWTools back to State College, for their unique blacksmithing, transforming things that hurt into things that help us grow. Join us in the parking lot behind St. Paul's/Abba Java Coffee House.
Join us for kids artwork and crafts, blacksmithing demonstration, and to learn more about local efforts to end violence in our community. Author Hannah Martin will also be on hand with her new children's book, Sparking Peace, available now from Herald Press.
We're excited that these local groups will be represented...
- Centre County Interfaith Coalition for Gun Safety
- Moms Demand Action
- Sandy Hook Promise
- CeasefirePA
As well as these faith communities...
- St. Paul's United Methodist Church & Abba Java Coffee House
- University Mennonite Church
- University Baptist & Brethren Church
- Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Centre County
- State College Friends Meeting
- Faith United Church of Christ
All are welcome!
