Show for the 2025 Inner Banks Regional Competition Winners

Join us for a special gallery reception from 5:30–7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, as we celebrate the winners of the first Inner Banks Arts Regional Competition. Twelve artists were selected for this juried show, representing a wide range of styles, genres, and subject matter. Additionally, there were first, second, and third place awards.
This unique exhibit is the result of a creative collaboration between four arts councils – Bertie County Arts Council, Chowan Arts Council, Perquimans Arts League, and Arts of the Albemarle. The show will tour all four council galleries, spotlighting the talent and vision that thrive throughout the Inner Banks region.
It’s currently on view at the BCAC Gallery, and we’re thrilled to share it with our community. Don’t miss this exciting evening of art, connection, and celebration! And perhaps spark your interest to participate as a BCAC member when the next Inner Banks Arts Regional Competition is announced.
The exhibit will remain on display through the night of the reception. Regular gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the third Saturday of the month, also from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
