Reminder - Judo Kata day in Llanon.
On Sunday 3rd August we have the pleasure of welcoming Mike Bygate, renowned kata coach and examiner to our club. We'll be covering Katame-no-kata, and if the standard is there Mike can certify us so that we have completed the kata requirement for our Dan grades.
Details as follows:
Arrive at 10am to put the mats out
Kata starts at 10:30
Bring a packed lunch
Running till 15:00
Afterwards we'll take Mike to Aberearon for some refreshments.
