Trailblazers Speed Session

Join us for a variety of speed work challenges, suitable for all levels of runners.
Warm up drills, good running techniques and different ways to challenge yourself with your training.
Most of all it's fun and social!!!
Kids 11 years and up welcome.
Toilets on-site, and plenty of parking.
First session is free, come along and hang with some like minded people. We shall look after you.
