This Hatha/Kundalini hybrid class is a physical and energetic journey where Jess will offer modifications for poses but also invite you to get out of your comfort zone and find your hidden mental and physical strengths.

You will engage in Hatha yoga by twisting and strengthening the spine, hold balances, engage your core, open your hips and so much more. Jess sprinkle's in kundalini Yoga with specific breath work and various Kriyas that will activate the nervous system, allowing you to feel sensations in your energy.
