A Cut Above: cooking proteins

This hands on class will focus on cuts of meat and how to best prepare them. Learn to break down a whole chicken, which cuts of beef are best for braising, and when to use a dry rub. Participants will enjoy making and eating dishes such as beef short ribs, grilled chicken thighs and more!

Class will be held at Community's Hope Impact Center in Monck's Corner and space is limited.
