September Canning & Preserving Class

Each month we gather to preserve what's in season and learn more about safe canning methods. Participants will learn water-bath processing, pressure canning and other methods of preservation.
All supplies and equipment are provided, tickets are $25 per person and include a light supper. Class is held from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM to accommodate time needed for pressure canning.
Please bring a small box or thermos to transport your processed jars home!
