We should be there early enough to claim 2 courts:
Rec/super casual/backyard (C/D?)
Fun Intermediate (B/C)
Ages 16+
This is not affiliated with The Score or the leagues there. Courts aren't officially reserved so we're just going to do our best! Bring a good ball if you have one.
For Rec court, absolutely everybody is welcome, even if you've only played backyard games. We'll try to do 3 legal hits. If you DON'T know what I mean, that's cool, you'll learn then. If you DO know what I mean, then please be prepared to just have fun. No crazy hits. The focus is on fun rallies.
For Intermediate court, let's have fun, and follow the rules more closely. If you're a beginner player, feel free to watch and even join in if you're able to pretty consistently hit 3 legal hits per side. If you're an advanced player, just tone it down to match the speed. Be cool.
The first week we tried to have two separate times, but we ended up just all playing together. I think it's obvious now the spirit of this is fun. so let's be flexible. maybe we'll start together and then choose your own direction if you want to go towards the more backyard court or intermediate court.
