Interested in preserving your own harvest but want some oversight? The St Stephen Community Canning Kitchen is excited to host Bring Your Own canning, during the Farmers Market on Wednesday July 23rd from 3-6 pm.
Bring your own fruit or vegetables, and anything else needed for your recipe (vinegar, sugar, seasonings, etc), plus the jars and lids.
The Kitchen will provide canners, and will have jars and lids for sale.
If you are new to canning, please attend a class, offered on the first Wednesday of each month, by Chef Rebecca Antill.
