Summer Bat Netting

Bats, which make up roughly 20% of all mammalian species, are the only mammal capable of flight. There are 16 species in Georgia, 11 of which can be found here on the coast. Join us as we catch bats with the Wormsloe Institute for Environmental History as part of their long-term bat research and monitoring program!
