🇺🇸 The Bruce WOD - Honoring a Hero🇺🇸

🇺🇸 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗪𝗢𝗗 - 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼🇺🇸

Sgt. Bruce Cogley served with courage and honor in the 101st Airborne Division, 3rd Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment during the Vietnam War. He fought in the infamous 10-day battle for Hill 937 — known as Hamburger Hill — and was wounded on Day 8, May 18th, 1969.

Like too many of our heroes, Sgt. Cogley continued to fight long after returning home. On February 20, 1992, he ended his battle with PTSD by taking his own life.

🕯️ This WOD is dedicated to Sgt. Cogley and all Vietnam veterans — those we’ve lost and those still fighting invisible wars at home.

💪 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗪𝗢𝗗 is more than a workout — it’s a mission. All proceeds benefit the 𝗦𝗴𝘁. 𝗕𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻Sgt, offering fitness scholarships to veterans as a path to healing and hope.
