Crafting Zero-proof Mocktails, Sodas, and Shrubs

This class will cover crafting botanical mocktails and will include making beverage syrups, sodas, and shrubs (apple cider vinegar based beverages) and how to use flavorful herbs in your recipes. We will discuss how to create flavor elements to make a balanced beverage, and will create syrups and bitters in class. Beverages will be available for tasting. Fee is $45 and includes a handout with recipes and samples to take home.
