Join us for an evening where movement meets magic. We’ll begin with a quiet forest walk—letting the hush of the woods and the soft crunch beneath our feet guide us inward. Then, we’ll settle into a gentle full-body stretch that honors the shifting season and all that you’re ready to release. Expect firefly flickers, deep breaths, and the kind of stillness you can only find under the open sky. Come as you are, leave a little lighter. 🌾🌕

Moonrise is expected at 8pm. You're more than welcome to stay and watch the rise over the trees.
