Each gathering has been such a needed experience for all that have attended. Come be a part of two magical hours of self-reflection, yoga, art, and growing inside and out!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
*Connection - experience what it feels like to relate to each other, to see your journey in others'. Discover the foundations of true friendship.
*Movement - via an accessible, beginner-friendly yoga flow
*Art - you'll be guided in creating a soulful, unique piece of art
*Freedom - be whoever you are; take part in whatever feels right to you and don't take part if it doesn't feel right
*Growth - you will be challenged to consider thoughts you've never thought, feelings you've never felt, and be invited to take action to become the person you were always meant to be; discover what it means to you to balance tenderness and discipline
*Honesty - practice being exactly you; uncover where you hide while others do the same
*Kindness - enjoy the beauty of building from a place of love
