What’s in our name?

Now we officially have a community pub, we need to start planning how we are going to market it in the right way to attract customers for years to come.

The pub’s branding, including its name, will underpin all of that marketing work. The management committee’s intention is to keep the Punch Bowl name however we have had a small but well thought-out number of representations about whether that’s the right decision.

So, before we complete the branding work, Janet Coulthurst is leading a focus group discussion at the Village Hall on Tuesday 22 July from 7 to 8pm. The session will cover:
