Home School Workshop: Artists in August!

Calling all young artists! Join us for a fun-filled event of creativity at our Art Exploration Station. Kids ages 3-14 will dive into the world of watercolor, acrylic painting, contour drawing, and still life to create their own masterpieces! Inspired by famous artists like Monet, Picasso, and Van Gogh, we’ll explore different techniques and mediums while learning about art history in a hands-on, exciting way. Please register so we can make sure we have enough supplies for each child to participate.

Activities include:

Watercolor landscapes inspired by Monet’s flowing colors
Bold acrylic brushstrokes like Van Gogh’s swirls
Contour drawing in the style of Picasso
Still life drawing to sharpen observation skills
Whether your child is a budding artist or just loves to create, this workshop offers something for every age and skill level. Plus, they'll get to show off their masterpieces at the end of the day!
