Slow Flow Yoga Class

This vinyasa-style class combines asana and tapas; physical poses and internal heat. This class will use sun salutations, breathwork and deep stretching to work the busyness out of the mind and body to prepare for savasana. This class is available to all levels with each asana able to be modified for your personal journey, but plan to sweat, dig deep and strengthen the bond with yourself in the 60 min session. Come as you are, leave nothing but sweat.
