🌴💚💜Everyone is invited to the biggest fitness party🌴💚💜 ON THE BEACH!!

Dance - one hour of Clubbercise dance fitness on the beach - led by licensed instructor. Suitable for all dance and fitness levels .

Dip - straight in the sea to cool down🌊 Please note this is optional…..however be brave! I will even hold your hand 💕 Cold water 💧 is the ultimate buzz!!!

Tea/Coffee/Cold drink, hot roll & a cake with a wee fire💚💜

Last but not least - the most welcoming group of people ever! So, please don’t worry if you are on your own - this is amazing bunch ❤️

What to bring

- water for class
- suitable footwear for exercise on sand (trainers)
- towel if getting in water
- something to sit on if you want
- mug for hot drink

Directions - we will be at the very bottom entrance to the beach. Please use car park at Ayr India - free parking. Also use bottom entrance to enter beach - we will be directly to your left as you enter💚💜

Event is free, however please feel free to give a donation. Group will decide use of donations at event 💚💜
