For adults. Curious about Yoga? Join us for learning yoga poses and breathing techniques to build strength, enhance flexibility, improve posture, reduce stress and promote physical and mental health in this three-part summer yoga series. You will learn the fundamentals of yoga by creating a solid foundation to help you start, restart or expand your yoga practice to improve your holistic health. The classes will be beginner friendly, offering multiple variations of yoga poses suitable for everyone so ALL SKILL LEVELS WECOME!

Registration required. Registration is not for a single occurrence of this workshop but for the entire 3 class series. Each class is progressive and builds on skills learned in the previous class. Walk-ins will be accepted at each class as space allows.
