Each breathwork journey begins with gentle movement to help you ground into your body and release tension. From there, you’ll be guided through a 1-hour breathwork session, followed by time to rest, integrate, and enjoy nourishing snacks in a supportive, sacred space. Sharing is optional, but always welcome.
