U14 (Girls & Boys) - 300m Swim, 7km Bike, 2.5km Run

U16 (Girls & Boys) - 400m Swim, 14km Bike, 2.5km Run

U19 (Girls & Boys) - 500m Swim, 21km Bike, 5km Run
