Schubert’s E-flat Major Mass with Heinz Ferlesch and 1,000 Performers

Experience the international premiere of CHORALSPACE! In the SPOTLIGHT series, we highlight compositions in the context of their origins. First stop: Vienna—where Schubert’s E-flat Major Mass was premiered in 1829. The stunning Golden Hall of the Musikverein brings the music of this early-romantic composer to life with even greater vibrancy and atmosphere.

The first part of the concert will feature solo performances by participating choirs from Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, and Norway. This international singing project serves as a powerful source of inspiration—encouraging people to share their passion for music and fostering connections across cultural boundaries.
