π 8 AM β 5 PM

Mental health remains one of the most critical but least talked about issues in the Hmong community. Many of us β or someone we love β are silently struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma. And too often, we suffer in silence because of stigma, cultural pressure, or lack of access to support.
This FREE one-day conference is about breaking that silence and coming together as a community to learn, heal, and build hope. Join us as we explore suicide prevention and mental wellness from a culturally grounded lens β and hear from powerful voices in the field, including clinicians, peer specialists, and people with lived experience.
π¬ Topics include:
β’ Menβs mental health
β’ Perinatal mental health
β’ Youth and adolescent mental wellness
β’ Empowering peer support
β’ Mind-body healing with chair yoga
