WCS Practice Social

Join us for Floorplay Dance's 2nd Saturday Practice Social, a monthly event perfect for both new and seasoned West Coast Swing dancers! Designed with beginners in mind, the music will feature tempos that are easy to follow, ensuring everyone can enjoy a night of dancing. If attendance is high, we'll open a second room that could either be dedicated to blues or offer a contemporary and faster-paced selection, catering to diverse tastes and styles. The evening includes light refreshments, and entry is just $10 per person. Remember to wear shoes in good condition to ensure safety and smooth moves on the dance floor. This is an inclusive event for practice and no instruction will be offered, however, feedback is encouraged between couples for a positive and supportive learning experience. More experienced dancers may be asked for constructive criticism from those who are just starting out in the social dance scene.
