Awareness Play - The Art of Family Constellation

Invitation to experience how awareness of feelings and creative role-play offer the possibility for deep personal insights, a change in perspectives, and greater harmony between people and within the self.

The play is a subtle and light-hearted process that integrates Rogerian free flowing, spontaneous interactions with the ancestral and systemic wisdom of Family Constellation. Merging these approaches provides an unusual opportunity to recognise core aspects of the self, reconciliation within the larger family context and discovering new ways of being and relating in the world.
