New Pilates Release class 🩷

I am super excited to announce that our wonderful teacher Alison is going to be sharing her deep understanding and knowledge of Myofascial release techniques in the studio every Monday at 7.30pm starting on 4th August.

What is this class?

Using a variety of equipment like foam rollers & soft spiky balls, The class helps to release the body from inside to out targeting the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle and joint. Enabling ease of movement and a feeling of lightness and freedom within the body.

Combining Pilates , movements and myofascial release to strengthen your core and release muscular tension (Myofascia = Myo means Muscle and Fascia means Band)

🩷 Strengthening your core and releasing muscle tightness

🩷 Discover how to apply the principles of Self – Myofascia Release (SMR)

🩷 Improved proprioceptive awareness – feel immediate release of tight muscles

🩷 Soft tissue release

🩷 Helps alleviate chronic pain conditions and constant muscular tightness

🩷Improves circulation
