Join our experienced coach for a 1.5 hour introduction to open water swimming. Our course is aimed at those who would like to experience the joy of swimming in nature but have always been a little nervous about it!

After the introductions our coach will take you through the following:

• Venue safety
• How to put on a wetsuit (should you want to wear one)
• Acclimatisation
• Breathing
• Sighting
• What to expect before and after your swim
• Debrief and feedback
• Swimming at Swim Six Hills
