Hi, our next Men’s Walk & Talk will be next Thur 24 July 18:00. Meeting outside the Assheton Arms Downham (location below using what3words)

The Route:

Downham - Clay House - Hockcliffe - West Lane Walk Circular Walk.

This is a 2.6 mile walk towards the foothills of Pendle Hill. Heading downhill from the pub we take a left and follow Downham Brook for a short distance before taking a right following the line of the woods. We continue across some farm land and fields before eventually heading back to Downham via West Lane.

Please Note:

Wear suitable footwear and clothing.
Bad weather will not lead to cancellation, unless in the case of a storm or icy conditions.
Please bring drinking water, especially on warm / hot days
Care needed on any road section, you are responsible for yourself when crossing any road.
No dogs allowed.
