I Can't Believe He Was So Fast

It was exactly 100 years ago on Pendine Sands in Wales that Malcolm Campbell became the first man to travel at over 150mph on land.
A lot’s happened in those hundred years. These days you could probably exceed 150 mph in a Smart car (but probably only if you drove it off the cliff at Beachy Head).
But if you want a really fast way to become joyous and infused with happiness, then you could do worse than attending the July meeting of I Can’t Believe It’s Not A Folk Club at 7:30 on 21 July 2025 at The Oddfellows Arms in Wimborne.
We’ll be having fast music, fast laughter, fast drinking (so Callum hopes anyway) and fast cheering and clapping.
Don’t be late. It’s going to be a good un.
