A mindful 60 minute practice which will include movement, stillness, breath work and relaxation. This class will be suitable for you if:
You cannot get down to or up from the floor;
You cannot stand, or need support standing;
You have a long term medical condition or physical limitations;
You are awaiting surgery or recovering from surgery;
You are elderly and have pain.
Lucy has 30 years yoga experience and has been teaching locally for 15 years.
