Cosy Candlelit Sound Bath - Cross Barn, Odiham

Join us at the historic Cross Barn, Odiham, for a cosy, candlelit sound bath as we welcome the golden days of early autumn.
Held in the peaceful surroundings of a 16th-century barn, this deeply restorative session will immerse you in the warm, resonant tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls - creating a gentle space to slow down, let go, and realign.
As the leaves begin to turn and the air carries a hint of stillness, take this time to pause, reflect, and ground yourself in the nourishing energy of the season.
Arrival: The barn doors will open at 7:45pm, and you are welcome to arrive anytime between 7:45pm and 7:55pm to settle into your space. The session will start promptly at 8:00pm, and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, latecomers will not be able to enter. Thank you for your understanding.
What to bring:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie/sit on
A pillow
Blanket(s)
Drinking water
Optional: an eye mask and an extra cushion/pillow for under your legs
A journal if you’d like to write down thoughts before or after the session
Anything else you need to stay cosy, comfortable and warm
Parking: The Cross Barn is located in a residential area. Please park in the designated Cross Barn visitor parking, which is free, clearly signposted, and off-road.
Please Note: While sound meditation is generally considered a safe practice, it may not be suitable for everyone.
It is typically not recommended for individuals with:
Epilepsy (where seizures are triggered by sound or vibration)
