A 4-hour embodied journey into the strength, honesty, and vitality of anger

Anger is often misunderstood, pushed down, acted out, or feared. But in the body, anger is sensation: heat, pulse, pressure, movement. When we learn to stay with it, to feel it without suppressing or exploding, it becomes a source of strength, clarity, and vitality.

In this 4-hour Grinberg Method and somatic-based immersion, you’ll be guided through practices to:

— Recognize how anger shows up in your body
— Unlearn patterns of suppression or overreaction
— Explore anger as energy, not behavior
— Transform held tension into presence and power
— Reclaim anger as a resource for boundaries, truth, and aliveness

This is not about “getting angry”: it’s about learning to stay with the sensations of anger, so it can move, inform, and support you.

Through touch, breath, focused attention, and guided movement, you'll gain tools to relate to anger in a new way with curiosity, respect, and embodiment.

No previous experience needed. All bodies welcome.
