Mark your calendars for TRAVERSE: Yukon Contemporary Training Community's very first Summer Workshop series this August 8-10, 2025! This 3-day mini-intensive is led by Vancouver-based dance artists Calder White & the dynamic duo Sarah Hutton + Aiden Cass of Generous Mess. This year's TRAVERSE has two divisions - Professional/Advanced Dancers and Open Movers!
Professional Advanced Stream:
10:30 - 3:30 Daily
Open Movers Stream:
Friday August 8th: 5:30 - 7:30
Saturday, August 9th: 4:00 - 6:00
Professional/Advanced Dance: Expect a fast-paced 3 days that build upon your existing knowledge and develop your strengths in Floorwork and Partnering!
Open Movers: Do you have a background in movement, theatre, gymnastics, circus, or musical theatre? Or an interest in trying contemporary dance? This is the workshop for you! Geared towards establishing basic patterns in contemporary partnering and floorwork!
PRE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! $25/Workshop or $80/Weekend (Advanced Stream) ** Special $65/Weekend early bird price for registrations before July 28!
