Corbyn Head is one of the best places to survey in south Devon and it's easy to get to by train. The rocks are directly in front of Torquay train station. Come and see how many different species we can collectively find and record (by posting them to aW5mbyB8IHNob3Jlc29mc291dGhkZXZvbiAhIG9yZyAhIHVr afterwards). Photographic records eventually end up in the National Biodiversity Database. Shoresearch walkover surveys are citizen science projects conducted in collaboration with the Devon Wildlife Trust and open to all. We ask that you make a small voluntary donation (say £3) to help us exist. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the top of the steps or on the beach at 1300 h BST and stay as long as you like. Low water is at about 1502 BST and we'll be wrapping up about 1 hr later. Bring a camera or smartphone if you have one, and wear wellies and appropriate clothing.
